Proper Use of Shared Tools and Resources
As a participant in the VIP Cars Affiliate Program, you will receive comprehensive support and essential data to facilitate a seamless partnership. This includes, but is not limited to, logos, code snippets, and access to various tools and services. It is imperative that these resources are not disclosed to any third party without explicit authorization from VIP Cars. Furthermore, the use of these resources is strictly limited to the website platforms approved by VIP Cars and must not be duplicated or repurposed for any activities beyond the scope of the affiliate partnership with vipcars.com, as defined by the VIP Cars affiliate program agreement.
Any misuse of the tools or resources provided by VIPCars.com in connection with your affiliate partnership will result in immediate termination of your rights, access, and contractual agreement, potentially including the forfeiture of any pending payouts or commissions. Upon termination of the contract, whether mutual or initiated by the affiliate, you are obligated to return all shared data, tools, and resources provided by VIPCars.com and cease any further use of these assets outside the contractual boundaries of the VIP Cars Affiliate Program.
Booking Engine Usage Policy
The Booking Engine, including its code and design, provided for your use in the affiliate marketing program, remains the exclusive intellectual property of VIP Cars. It is strictly prohibited to copy, misuse, share, or plagiarize any aspect of the Booking Engine. Any utilization of the Booking Engine beyond the explicit scope of affiliate marketing necessitates prior written consent from VIPCars.com.
VIPCars.com reserves the right to oversee and regulate the theme, presentation, and platform employed by the affiliate for the Booking Engine to optimize traffic generation and user experience. Commission Payout Terms
Affiliate payouts are processed upon request or when the accrued commission balance reaches a minimum threshold of EUR 200, or its equivalent, for successfully completed car rentals. Payouts below EUR 200 can be accommodated upon special request, however, the affiliate will be responsible for covering any associated bank transaction fees (approximately 30 GBP or equivalent).
Disbursements are typically made via bank transfer or PayPal, based on the affiliate’s preference. Commissions are generally processed and distributed within the first week of the month following the payout request. For urgent payout needs, VIP Cars endeavors to process the payment within 7 business days from the request date. Each payout request must include the affiliate’s bank or PayPal account details submitted via email.
