Our After School Program (ASP) is where learning extends beyond the classroom in an engaging and exciting way. We believe in providing a diverse array of activities to cater to every child’s interests. From active games that promote physical activity and teamwork to creative crafts that spark imagination, and technology-based learning that prepares them for the future, the ASP is designed to be dynamic and enriching. Furthermore, we prioritize enrichment opportunities, allowing students to explore new hobbies, develop skills, and discover their passions in a supportive and fun atmosphere. This program ensures that after school hours are filled with valuable experiences and positive growth.
Registration for 2025-2026 School Year: Plan Ahead
For the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, we encourage families interested in our Before School Program (BSP) and/or After School Program (ASP) to register early. The registration deadline is July 1, 2025. Early registration is crucial as it allows us to ensure optimal staffing levels and maintain the high quality and safety standards of our programs. To secure your child’s spot and help us prepare for a successful year, please register in advance.
Once your registration is approved, a registration fee will be charged to your card. This is a one-time annual fee of $15 for BSP, $25 for ASP, or $40 for enrollment in both programs. Importantly, this registration allows your child to attend the program whenever needed throughout the entire school year. You are only charged for the specific days your child attends.
Parents are responsible for informing their child’s school about their transportation and dismissal plans. Please note that for Marietta Sixth Grade Academy students, we currently only offer the Before School Program. Tuition Costs and Billing Details: Transparent and Convenient
Upon registration approval, the applicable registration fee will be charged. This secures your child’s access to either or both programs for the school year. After the initial registration, you will only be charged for the days your child attends the BSP or ASP.
Remember, any same-day changes to transportation must be communicated to the school before their specified deadline. Children cannot attend the ASP/BSP until you receive official email confirmation that your contract has been approved.

For convenient billing, all ASP/BSP accounts are required to enroll in autopay as part of our user agreement. You will only be charged for the days your student is present in the program. After School Program During Conference Week: Dedicated Care
During parent-teacher conference week in October for elementary schools and MCAA, Marietta City Schools have an early dismissal at 1:15 pm. For parents needing care during this week, we offer a special ASP for Conference Week. This requires a separate registration specifically for Conference Week, with a tuition fee of $75 for the entire week. Registration for the Conference Week After-School Program opens on September 1, 2025. This dedicated program ensures consistent and reliable care even during school schedule adjustments.
