In accordance with federal law, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) prohibits discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity. This policy extends to program information, which can be made available in languages other than English. Individuals requiring alternative communication methods (Braille, large print, audiotape, American Sign Language) should contact the relevant state or local agency or the USDA TARGET Center at (202) 720-2600 (voice and TTY) or use the Federal Relay Service at (800) 877-8339.

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form AD-3027, available at https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/ad-3027.pdf or any USDA office. You can also call (866) 632-9992 or send a letter to USDA. The letter must include your name, address, phone number, and a detailed description of the alleged discrimination to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR). Submit the form or letter to USDA by:
