Orfalea alumni, your expertise and experience are invaluable! The Alumni Career Mentor Program provides a rewarding platform to give back to the Orfalea College of Business community. As a mentor, you will have the chance to:

- Share Your Professional Insights: Offer guidance based on your real-world experience across diverse business sectors. Our mentors represent leading companies such as Spotify, Meta, Google, Apple, and many more.

We welcome alumni from Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Technology, and all other backgrounds to join us. Non-alumni professionals passionate about mentoring Orfalea students are also encouraged to apply. Students are able to select mentors based on their specific interests and career aspirations, ensuring a tailored and beneficial mentoring experience.
Commitment Details for Mentors
To ensure a meaningful mentoring experience, we ask our alumni mentors to commit to the following:
- Mentor a minimum of two students per year.
- Engage in at least one mentoring session per month with each mentee.
- Conduct sessions that range from 30 minutes to 1 hour, adaptable to phone, video conference (Facetime/Zoom), or in-person meetings. Video conferencing is highly encouraged for remote sessions to foster stronger mentor-mentee relationships.
