These undergraduate and graduate certificate programs consist of four focused courses specifically designed to meet the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) criteria for Professional and Technical Education (PTE) licensure. Certificate in Work-Based Learning (WBL) and Career Counseling
Offered at both undergraduate and graduate levels, this four-course certificate pathway allows students to gain the skills and knowledge needed for effective work-based learning coordination and career counseling.
