As Director, Process Engineering, you will be at the heart of our operational excellence initiatives. You will be responsible for driving significant value creation by leading the optimization, design, and implementation of key cross-functional processes and systems. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise in process engineering, combined with your strategic thinking, will directly impact our efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Spearheading Operational Excellence: You will establish and lead an end-to-end program focused on continuous improvement across critical customer-facing and back-end processes. This involves auditing existing processes, implementing improvements, establishing controls, and driving ongoing optimization to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Innovation and Simulation: You will leverage industry-leading methodologies such as Six Sigma and cutting-edge technologies like AI and Robotic Process Automation to analyze and redesign customer journeys. This includes simulating end-to-end processes for ordering, installation, activation, payment, and customer care across all sales and service channels. You will also extend this expertise to selected back-end processes to maximize value for customers, frontline employees, and shareholders.
  • Driving Accountability and Transparency: Ensuring team and stakeholder accountability will be paramount. You will be responsible for delivering rapid, end-to-end results aligned with the Operational Excellence charter. Furthermore, you will create transparent reporting mechanisms for key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective adoption of process improvements.
  • Program Review and Risk Management: You will conduct comprehensive reviews of all process engineering initiatives, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Your focus will be on continuously enhancing customer and shareholder value through prioritized and targeted improvements.
  • Executive Reporting and Communication: Preparing and presenting clear, concise reports and presentations summarizing the status of process engineering initiatives will be crucial. You will communicate key milestones, achievements, and challenges to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for further improvement.
  • Team Leadership and Development: You will lead and mentor a lean team of Process Engineering Managers and Data Architects, fostering a data-driven and results-focused environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing talent and building a high-performing process engineering function.
