Scheduling Face-to-Face Tutoring

To schedule a face-to-face tutoring session, you can easily reach us through multiple channels:

Appointments are typically one hour long, offering ample time for in-depth assistance. We also accommodate walk-in tutorials for up to 30 minutes for quick questions. To make the most of your tutoring session, please come prepared with your assignment instructions, relevant texts, syllabus, and a draft of your work at least two days before the due date.

Requesting Online Tutoring

For online tutoring, please contact us via phone (202.274.5938) or email ([email protected]) and provide the following information:

  • Your Student ID
  • Assignment instructions
  • Assignment due date
  • Professor’s name

Once we receive your request, we will email you the necessary instructions to submit your paper online. Please note that the turnaround time for online tutoring is 2-3 business days.

Borrowing a Calculator

Simply visit the Student Success Center to borrow a graphing calculator. You will be asked to complete a short contract agreeing to return the calculator at the end of the semester and to cover the replacement cost for unreturned devices.

What Tutors Can Do

Our tutors are trained to guide you in developing your academic skills. They can assist you with:
