Registered Nurse Graduate Program: A Comprehensive 24-Month Journey

Bupa’s 24-month Registered Nurse Graduate Program is structured to provide an extensive and supportive environment where you can cultivate your nursing skills and knowledge. Through dedicated training modules, personalized mentorship, and regular progress check-ins, you’ll be empowered to confidently navigate the complexities of aged care nursing.

This two-year program offers you the invaluable opportunity to work within Bupa’s extensive network of over 50 aged care homes across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and South Australia. Uniquely, our program includes a valuable 3-month placement in an acute care setting through our pioneering partnership with Ramsay Health, providing you with a breadth of experience rarely found in aged care graduate programs.

Aged Care Essentials: 12-Month Registered Nurse Graduate Program

Our Aged Care Essentials 12-month program is specifically tailored to provide newly registered nurses with essential mentoring and a nurturing environment to rapidly develop core skills and knowledge in aged care. This intensive program is designed to be a springboard for your career, offering abundant opportunities to build practical experience and lay a robust foundation for ongoing professional growth within the aged care sector.

Enriching Lives and Building a Meaningful Nursing Career

Bupa’s 12-month program incorporates a comprehensive ‘Transition to Professional Practice’ (TPP) framework. This combines structured learning with preceptorship and practical clinical rotations within one of our 50+ aged care homes across Queensland, NSW, Victoria, or South Australia.
