A Day in the Life of a Branch Customer Service Representative in New Port Richey, FL:
As the face of our New Port Richey branch, you will be instrumental in delivering peace of mind to our members daily. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Member Representative I’s or Branch Customer Service Representatives to champion ACG products and services, elevate customer satisfaction, and actively contribute to branch revenue goals. You will be the first point of contact, greeting members and expertly addressing their diverse needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Member Service & Sales: Provide outstanding sales and support services, including greeting members, processing service requests, and expertly selling memberships, travel products (car rentals, hotel bookings, basic tour packages), and select financial/banking products.
- Lead Generation & Product Promotion: Generate valuable leads, proactively inform members about exclusive travel and insurance specials, and furnish comprehensive travel information to enhance their experience.
- Customer Inquiry Management: Professionally handle member inquiries, providing accurate information and escalating to senior staff or agents when specialized assistance is required.
- Cashiering & Payment Processing: Provide efficient cashiering services, including processing payments for insurance policies (installments, reinstatements, lapse), travel services, ticket sales, and travel money products. Manage remittance/depository transfers and ensure accurate cash drawer balancing.
- Complaint Resolution: Skillfully receive and resolve member/customer complaints, seeking guidance from branch management for complex issues requiring escalation.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to travel and insurance sales teams during peak service periods, ensuring smooth branch operations.
- Outbound Promotion: Conduct proactive outbound calls to promote insurance and travel products, expanding member awareness and driving sales.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the New Port Richey branch.
