Key Responsibilities:

Flexible Schedules and Robust Benefits Designed for You

  • Shift Options: Choose between four 9-hour shifts (4 days per week, Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM) or five 8-hour shifts (Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM).
  • Call Rotation: Participate in a weekday, weekend, and holiday call rotation with a 30-minute response time, ensuring our patients receive timely care when needed.
  • Generous Time Off: Enjoy one day off per week with the 9-hour shift option or one day off every other week with the 8-hour shift option, allowing for personal time and rejuvenation.
  • Call Frequency: Weekday call is 1-2 nights per week (based on assigned specialty), and weekend call is every 6th-8th weekend. Holiday call is 1-2 holidays per year.

Qualifications to Thrive

To join our Operating Room Nurse team, you will need:

  • Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Education: Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing.
  • Experience: No prior experience is required; new graduates are encouraged to apply!
