American Career College-Anaheim Graduation Ceremony 2025: Celebrating Achievements

The American Career College-Anaheim is excited to announce the upcoming Graduation Ceremony, a momentous occasion to celebrate the accomplishments of our graduates, including those from the esteemed honors program. This ceremony recognizes the hard work and dedication of students who have completed their programs and are ready to embark on their professional journeys.

Event Details

Date & Time: June 8, 11:00 am

Graduate Arrival: 9:00 am (for registration)

Guest Doors Open: 10:00 am

Ceremony Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours

Parking: $15 per car (card payment only)

Important Information for Graduates

Eligibility: To participate in the Graduation Ceremony, all graduates from American Career College-Anaheim, including those recognized in the honors program, must have completed their externship hours or finished their program by June 8, 2025. Furthermore, graduates must be in good financial standing with the College to attend and participate in the ceremony.

Health and Safety Guidelines at Toyota Arena

The ceremony is scheduled to proceed following current health and safety guidelines at Toyota Arena. Please be aware that adjustments may be made at the last minute to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

RSVP and Ticket Information

Graduates planning to attend the ceremony must RSVP via the “RSVP tab” which will be available soon. Each graduate will be able to request up to four guest tickets to share this special day with family and friends.

Detailed instructions on how to claim your tickets will be communicated by your campus Student Services team via email or REMIND in April. Please keep an eye on your inbox and REMIND notifications for further updates.

Cap and Gown Information

Ordering Your Cap and Gown:

To ensure you have your academic regalia for the ceremony, please visit accgradshop.com to place your order.

The website features an online order form that must be completed. Once submitted, your order will be processed, and you will be directed to the checkout page for payment.

Besides caps and gowns, a selection of commemorative items is available for purchase. Please visit the “Order Cap & Gown Tab” on the graduation website or our vendor’s website for more details.

Graduation Dress Code and Professional Conduct

Graduates are encouraged to personalize their caps with decorations that are appropriate for the occasion. Decorations should not include any foul language or offensive content. American Career College staff will have the discretion to assess cap decorations and may request removal of anything deemed inappropriate.

Please note that alterations or decorations to the graduation gown itself are not permitted. Graduates who alter their gowns will be required to purchase a new gown for $50 to participate in the ceremony. The American Career College student code of conduct will be in effect throughout the graduation ceremony.

Recognition and Honorary Cords

American Career College-Anaheim takes pride in recognizing outstanding achievements through honorary cords. These cords are awarded based on specific academic and extracurricular accomplishments:

  • Gold Cords: Awarded to graduates who have achieved honor roll status with a GPA of 3.5 or above, recognizing academic excellence within programs like the American Career College-anaheim Honors Program.
  • Red Cords: Awarded for perfect attendance throughout the program, signifying exceptional dedication and commitment.
  • Silver Cords: Awarded to graduates who obtained their high school equivalency at the HSE academy, marking a significant educational milestone.
  • Purple Cords: Awarded to Student Ambassadors who have provided peer support and volunteered at school events, recognizing their leadership and service.
  • Green and Black Cords: Awarded to graduates who have completed various badges through ACC Ready, showcasing their proactive approach to career readiness and professional development.
