- June 19, 2025: The last day to report purchases to claim TrueCar’s Buyer’s Bonus benefits for transactions completed through the American Express Auto Purchasing Program.

- TrueCar’s Role: TrueCar provides the platform and information but does not directly buy, sell, or lease vehicles.
- Dealer Responsibility: Participating Certified Dealers are licensed motor vehicle dealers who independently set their pricing. The final purchase price is negotiated directly between the buyer and the dealer. Vehicle availability, including options and colors, is confirmed by the dealer based on their in-stock inventory and are subject to prior sale.
American Express does not guarantee any aspect of the vehicle purchase. TrueCar and the Participating Dealers are solely responsible for fulfilling the benefits associated with the Auto Purchasing Program. Dealers are also responsible for enabling American Express cardholders to use their cards for at least $2,000 of the purchase price, subject to individual credit limits.
