While the academy carefully reviews all applications and endeavors to create suitable matches for every applicant, it’s important to note that a successful match cannot be guaranteed for all.
Following its pilot year, the USCAP Mentoring Academy underwent a thorough evaluation to assess the effectiveness of its online platform and its role in supporting the mentoring relationships established within the initial cohort.
Feedback from mentors indicated a high level of satisfaction, with 73.33% affirming their positive experience with the program. An impressive 86.67% of mentors confirmed they played a crucial role in helping their mentees achieve their pre-defined goals, and another 86.67% expressed satisfaction or high satisfaction with the compatibility of their mentor-mentee pairing. The mentee perspective was even more compelling, with 100% of mentees strongly agreeing that their mentors were instrumental in their goal attainment. Furthermore, 100% of mentees reported satisfaction with their overall program experience and expressed high satisfaction with the quality of their mentor match.
Looking ahead, the next cycle of the Mentoring Academy, a key initiative within the united states career uscap advancement program, is scheduled to commence in January 2025 and will extend for ten months, welcoming a new cohort of mentor-mentee pairs.
