Our unlimited car wash program is valid at all participating Flagship Carwash locations in Virginia and Maryland.
How often can I wash my car with the unlimited plan?
You can wash your registered vehicle once per day, weather permitting, with your unlimited membership.
How does the unlimited car wash pass work?
An unlimited pass sticker must be applied to the registered vehicle’s windshield. It’s important to ensure the sticker is not placed behind tinted windshield glass or any material that obstructs its visibility to the Flagship attendant. Vehicles with tinted front windshields are not eligible for the program.
How am I billed for the unlimited car wash membership?
A valid credit or debit card is required for enrollment. Your monthly membership fee will be automatically charged to your card each month on your anniversary date.
How do I cancel my unlimited car wash membership?
You can easily manage or cancel your membership online. Visit the Manage My Plan Portal to make changes. Please note that cancellations must be submitted at least 5 days before your monthly recharge date to avoid being charged for the next month. No refunds are provided for partial months after cancellation.
What happens if my windshield sticker is damaged or I replace my windshield?
If your sticker is damaged, no longer visible, or if you sell your vehicle or replace the windshield, please notify Flagship Carwash. We will deactivate your old barcode and issue a new sticker at any Flagship location.
Are there any restrictions on vehicle types?
