Skills Testing
A key component of the program is a skills assessment, which must be successfully completed before you begin the semester where you plan to enroll in GDES160. This course, foundational to your graphic design education, is offered exclusively in the Spring semester. Please note that students are permitted to take the skills assessment once per semester to ensure fairness and resource management.
Should you require ADA accommodations for skills testing, it is essential to present the necessary documentation from the ACCESS office. This form, detailing your required accommodations, should be submitted at least two days prior to your scheduled testing date. This advance notice allows us to make reasonable and timely arrangements. In situations where accommodations cannot be appropriately arranged within the given timeframe, an alternative testing date will be offered to ensure equitable access.
