Stephanie’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood/Early Childhood Special Education from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Before opening KKLC, she served as an Early Childhood Special Education teacher within the Sangamon Area Special Education District at New Berlin Elementary and Ball/Chatham Elementary for four years. Her experience in the New Berlin school district provides valuable insight into the needs of local families seeking after school care. Stephanie furthered her expertise with a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Administration from National-Louis University. Her leadership and vision are central to KKLC’s commitment to providing exceptional after school care programs.

Kris Neuman – Owner

Kris Neuman, a lifelong resident of New Berlin and co-owner of KKLC, brings a strong connection to the community. A graduate of New Berlin High School and Lincoln Land Community College with an Associates Degree in Business Administration, Kris fulfills his dream of serving his community through KKLC. Eliza Weiters – Assistant Director

Eliza Weiters, the Assistant Director and lead PreK 2 teacher, is another local talent from Pleasant Plains. Heather Pidcock has been a part of the KKLC family since 2018, working as a part-time teacher and helper. Tiffany Thompson – School Age Program Teacher
